How do I connect my exchange account?
Go to Settings > Exchanges and tap "Add Exchange". Select your exchange (Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken), then enter your API key and secret. We recommend using read-only API keys for security. Never enable trading or withdrawal permissions.
Is my portfolio data secure?
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. API keys are encrypted using iOS Keychain. We never transmit your credentials or portfolio data to external servers. All AI analysis happens on-device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find ChartScope, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
How does the AI analysis work?
ChartScope uses on-device machine learning powered by Apple's Core ML framework. The Neural Engine analyzes chart patterns, volume, and market indicators to provide educational insights. Remember, this is for learning purposes only - not financial advice.
Why isn't my portfolio syncing?
Check that your API key is valid and has read permissions enabled. Some exchanges may have rate limits - try again after a few minutes. If issues persist, try removing and re-adding your exchange connection.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
