Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ChartScope mobile application ("the App") operated by ChartScope ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

ChartScope provides market analysis tools and portfolio tracking features for cryptocurrency markets. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• The App is for educational and informational purposes only
• All AI analysis represents pattern recognition, not financial advice
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital

2. Account and API Access

To access certain features, you may connect your exchange accounts using API keys. You agree to:

• Use only read-only API keys with restricted permissions
• Keep your API credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your device with others while API keys are stored
• Immediately revoke API access if you suspect unauthorized use

We strongly recommend creating API keys with read-only permissions only. The App does not require trading or withdrawal permissions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

ChartScope offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial of all features
• Monthly Subscription: €4.99 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Subscription: €47.99 per year, billed annually (20% savings)

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's App Store

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChartScope and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's algorithms
• Use the App's branding or content without permission
• Resell or redistribute access to the App

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartScope shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from trading or investment decisions
• Inaccuracies in market data or AI analysis
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to your exchange accounts
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Analysis results will be accurate or complete
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

8. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Your investment and trading decisions
• Maintaining the security of your API credentials
• Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency trading
• Conducting your own research before making financial decisions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the App's features or services

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
